Cindy B. Cooperman, Esq., another partner in the firm, is also a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and has been practicing law for more than twenty years. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Her primary practice deals with all aspects of landlord/tenant work, both the residential and commercial sectors. Her experience and strength as a litigator and trial attorney over the years has made her extremely well-versed in all types of leasing issues and the negotiation thereof. She has spent many years on important legal issues involving rent regulations of all kinds, and has litigated everything from housing issues to violations to fair housing problems. She has excellent rapport and years of experience with most of the landlord/tenant Courts in New York State, and puts special emphasis on those courts located in and around the boroughs of the City of New York.
