Howard K. Pollack, Esq., the managing partner, has been practicing law for over twenty years. Since his graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 1985, he has maintained a strong private practice in real estate law throughout his career. He is admitted in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. While his primary strength is residential real estate law, both transactional and litigation, he has put a major emphasis on foreclosure law, bankruptcy, contracts, corporate issues and residential mortgage lending. Mr. Pollack is well-versed in all aspects of real estate sales as well. He also handles the sale of small businesses, personal injury actions, and has experience in a variety of recent and contemporary issues affecting real estate transactions.
